Please list all your item(s) for sale in detail. Items not listed will not be allowed to be sold without permission. To preserve the integrity of each vendor's market, this list will be screened and a final approved list returned with your confirmation. Only items on the approved list will be allowed for sale at the Festival. Merchandise vendors may not sell food items. Clothing items with International Eelpout Festival, Eelpout Festival or a likeness of the official eelpout logo can only be sold by the official eelpout clothing provider. Items will be evaluated on a case by case basis. The decision of the Festival promoter is final.

REFERENCES: PLEASE LIST AT LEAST THREE (3) REFERENCES (I.E. STATE FAIRS, FESTIVALS, ETC.)
